Airtel DTH: Unable to recharge with Airtel Payment Banks

When user login to Airtel portal and try to recharge their DTH using Airtel’s Payment Bank option, it fails at following step. Instead of populating user’s mobile number, it’s populating DTH’s primary account id and when you hit the Send OTP button, it fails with below message

Request has been rejected due to validation failure

User can edit the field and continue with valid mobile number, but this defect is something not expected from Airtel. Airtel issue
